BOOKING POLICY
Life happens and sometimes there’s changes that need to be made, but as a small business I graciously ask that you respect my time and the time of other clients. If you are running late, your booking time will not be extended, nor will you receive a refund. You will be seen for the remainder of the session only. This ensures that other clients are not impacted.
Please be aware of the following
As all appointments are pre-paid, cancellations & reschedules are allowed up to 24hrs prior and if appropriate will receive a full refund. Under 24 hours notice:
Courses/Workshops: Payment required at time of booking. Refund restrictions apply depending on course (eg cut off dates). Full details will be on relevant course page on the website.
